Plowman Graduates, Accepts Position on PMI
Leadership Group

Cadence Chief Operating Officer Connie
Plowman graduated from the PMI Leadership Institute
Masters Class, an exclusive Project Management
Institute member group dedicated to leadership of
the PMI organization.
Beginning in 2008, Plowman will turn her experience
back to PMI, joining the 8-member Leadership
Institute Advisory Group. This group serves to
provide guidance and recommendation to the PMI
Leadership Institute program, including the Masters
Class, the Institute conference program, and PMI
Learn.
"This has been an incredible experience to learn
from global leaders. This program has greatly
enhanced my corporate and volunteer leadership tool
kit,” says Plowman. “I look forward to
applying these learnings with Cadence clients and
PMI volunteer opportunities. My job is to help
people grow, and I am honored to have had
this global learning experience in the Masters
Class."
Plowman has been an active
volunteer with the Project Management Institute for
many years, most recently serving as the Region 1
mentor for PMI North America.
